The Employment Initiatives Center (CIO) works as a local employment service of the City Council of Manresa.

In the center we serve people who are unemployed or who want to progress in their workplace and offer them a series of services that help to improve their work situation. We also support the local productive fabric to cover job vacancies, formalize training plans and other services of interest to companies.

Therefore, at the CIO you can find information about the local labor market, guidance and support in the search for work and information about courses to train in a trade. We also manage a job bank.

In addition the CIO manages occupational programs financed by other administrations such as the Employment Service of Catalonia or the Diputació de Barcelona.
