The “GRANO DEL SINIS APP” application is a simple and intuitive digital platform that allows you to manage and monitor the entire wheat production process. The app allows supply chain actors to enter and track information regarding the origin of the wheat, the varieties, storage, processing and final destination of the product. Each step is recorded in real time and, thanks to the use of technologies such as blockchain, transparency and traceability are guaranteed.
SUPPLY CHAIN PROFILES
Producer
1. Enters personal data and geolocalizes the fields
2. Specifies varieties and species grown
3. Records quantities collected per field
4. Allocates the harvest to suppliers, piles or mills
Supplier
1. Receives the product from the producers
2. Decides whether to send it to the mills or store it in silos
3. Records each shipment with details on quantity, species and variety
Silos (Pile)
1. Stores the product separately for each producer
2. Records the shipment to the mills with traceability of the information received
Miller
1. Receives the product from the supplier or silos
2. Records receipt and processing dates, species, variety, quantity and type of flour/semolina obtained
3. Can enter certifications and nutritional values
4. Sends the finished product to the processor or supermarkets
Consumer
1. Verifies all the steps in the supply chain by scanning a QR Code
