The ChiroCH-app shows an electronic ID. This ID contains information on personal identification and professional practice. The information can be queried securely by a QR code. A Chiro eID, issued by Health Info Net AG, is required to use the app, it can be applied for on the member portal of ChiroSuisse. The app is published by Health Info Net AG based on their services.

Functionality:
- Displays identity information: Professional title, name, GLN number, HIN ID, photo, information on professional license
- Generates a QR code for the automatic reading of the information by third parties such as pharmacies
