The Moorea persona app allows employees of companies managed through the Moorea portal to interact with the personnel department

wherever you are, clock in / out, optionally communicating what you're working on

consult your time card: stampings, totals and supporting documents, always updated

- stamping request
retrospective insertion of missing bookings

- justification request
notify your supervisors of your requests for holidays, permits or other justifications, stay updated on the approval status

ATTENTION
The features available depend on the user configuration managed by the employer.

PERMISSIONS
to work properly the application needs some permissions
- internet: the application requires an internet connection to interact with the Moorea portal.
- localization: the application needs access to the precise location in case the employer requires the location of the stamps.

PRIVACY
When entering time stamps it is possible, if requested by the employer, that the exact location of the device is recorded. The location information is attached to the stamp and sent to the Moorea portal, where it is used and managed according to the intended purposes for the portal. If the employer does not request the location of the stamps, the position is not used (nor read by the device).
The application DOES NOT access any other data on the device; Elco Sistemi does not save usage statistics or other data of any kind on the device, on the user or data of any other kind.
