With the Proffix Expenses app, every employee simply records their expense requests on their mobile device and submits them to their supervisor for review. Expense receipts can be scanned or uploaded. The employee also has an overview of all his expense requests and can see the current status of the expense request based on the status.
To use Proffix Expenses, a Proffix Px5 (from version 2024.Q4) and a Proffix REST API (from version 4.69) are required.
