With the TWINT Business Portal, you can manage your TWINT merchant account anytime, anywhere. These are the main features of version 1, which we will continue to add and expand over the coming months:
• Daily overview: From the start page of the app, you can see at a glance how much revenue your transactions have generated, how many payments have been made, how many payments have been cancelled and what the average transaction amount was.
• Transaction overview: All transactions are listed in chronological order. By tapping on a transaction, you can switch to the detailed view.
• Transaction details: The detailed view shows all the important information about a transaction. For example, the gross amount, date and time, but also the business, location or terminal ID.
• Notifications: In the settings, you can choose to be notified when a payment is received. The notification is sent to your smartphone in real time.
• Manage employees: As an administrator, you can invite new employees directly via the app, while also keeping track of their roles and permissions.
• Settings: In Settings, you can manage your TWINT merchant account, for example, update your contact details, add a new location or turn your notifications on and off.
