It calculates the elements of an expenditure invoice of the Hellenic Army or the Air Force and the Navy, based on the data that is the amount (net value, payable or imputable) as well as the VAT, VAT and withholding rates.
For someone unfamiliar with PV and booking rates, there is a wizard that sets them automatically, based on some simple questions.

► Calculation of invoice figures.
► Calculation can be done based on net value, accrual, payable or remaining payable.
► VAT can be given as a percentage of the net value or as an amount in €, if any different items on the invoice have a different VAT rate.
► It is allowed to introduce new reservation rates and PE, in addition to the existing ones.
► For starters, automatic selection of bookings and PEs is supported, based on simple spend queries.
► Depending on the data, the user is informed about additional supporting documents required, such as e.g. tax and insurance awareness, contract signing, tendering.
► When the application exits, it keeps the information entered by the user for the next time.
