Mobile application for Rox.Chat service agents
The Rox.Chat service mobile application will help improve the quality of technical support for your business. Using the application allows you to quickly process requests without losing quality of service, and push notifications ensure you won't miss a message. Agents will also be more mobile because they’re not tied to their desk or even the workplace.
Authorization in the application is performed using the login and password of the agent registered on the Rox.Chat service.
The application offers the following features:
- Communication with visitors in chats rooms;
- Background mode - messages are received even if the agent minimized the application window;
- Operating mode selection, including the ability to work in hidden mode, as well as for breaks during agent changes;
- Display of correspondence history with the visitor;
- Support for push notifications with sound, visual, and vibration signals;
- Display of message status (delivered / read) by indicators;
- Ability to edit messages;
- Ability to receive files from visitors;
- Ability to send files in chats;
- Display of basic information about the visitor, as well as the ability to request contact information from them;
- Display of chat status in the form of shortcuts;
- ability to redirect a visitor to the general queue or to another agent / department;
- Ability to quote visitor messages;
- Display site visitor list in real time;
- Ability to monitor visitor’s seal;
