KAYDAN EXPRESS is a platform for managing daily rounds of KAYDAN Group staff, designed to optimize internal logistics operations. Inspired by the UBER model, this technological solution is integrated into the Group Intranet, offering an easy-to-use interface accessible to all employees. KAYDAN EXPRESS is the result of a collaboration between the Supply Chain and Purchasing department of the KAYDAN Group and DATARIUM, aiming to promote good practices and more efficient use of resources.


The platform was created to respond to crucial challenges: streamlining the Group's overall activity and making savings on daily routes. By reducing the number of kilometers traveled and the associated costs (fuel, parking, tolls, insurance, etc.), KAYDAN EXPRESS allows for more rational travel management. It also aims to significantly reduce the duration of tours, thus increasing the availability of vehicles and drivers, and extending the lifespan of the vehicle fleet.


The main objectives of KAYDAN EXPRESS are to offer optimal route management through a clear plan and an intuitive platform, to reduce costs and duration of tours, and to maximize logistical efficiency within the KAYDAN Group. By centralizing and simplifying route management, KAYDAN EXPRESS helps improve productivity, reduce expenses and optimize the use of available resources, while offering a unique and fluid user experience.
