The Pontão Online Application is software that can be downloaded for free on your cell phone, allowing online access to various services provided by the municipality, making life easier for citizens looking for innovative, efficient and computerized access to their rights with the City Hall.

Through the application, citizens will be able, for example, to request services directly from the Urban Works Department, such as maintenance of public lighting, filling holes, tree pruning, signage, among others, including the possibility of describing the exact address of the location, GPS location and attaching photos for better understanding. When teams respond to the call, the request is marked as answered and an automatic message is triggered, notifying the user of the resolution of their request.

Other tools are also available, such as transparency, bid monitoring, useful telephone numbers, events, payment of IPTU and taxes, among others.
