All the information in a single App
Softland clients will be able to access, from their smartphone, some of the ERP or HCM functionalities. To use this App, the client must have contracted the latest versions of Softland ERP and Softland HCM in the related modules.
From the App you can access the Alerts, Price List and Approvals modules of Softland ERP, as well as People Management of Softland HCM.
In the “Price List” module you can consult the prices of the items, photos, product descriptions, current price, price validity, quantity available in stock, etc. In addition, the app has a search engine to filter products according to the search keyword.
For the “Alerts” functionality, you can configure the notifications that you consider relevant to have within reach of a click. From this, organizational leaders will be able to be notified of important aspects in the administration of their business. Such as, for example: expired accounts receivable documents, overdrawn bank accounts, overdue invoices, payroll approval, among others.
The software also allows you to establish which alerts should reach the app and to whom they should reach, according to the chain of permissions in the company and will allow you to view them according to their level of importance (criticality) and date.
Additionally, the “Approvals” functionalities will be incorporated, so that the user can approve requests and purchase orders.
At Softland HCM will have “People Management”, a self-service collaborative portal that brings together all the roles in your company through a web platform in which the company, collaborators and managers interact. Manage all your staff and administrative processes from one employee master. The tool allows the management of internal communication, performance evaluations, approval of requests and tasks for each person. Also the creation of digital files, registration and traceability of requests. Each collaborator will be able to view their job history, salary, payment receipts and record hours worked, among others.
