Our objective is to strengthen the connection between workers in the Antofagasta Region and local companies, in order to promote employability and energize the regional labor market.

To achieve this objective, we have developed this web platform plus a mobile application aimed at facilitating labor intermediation and improving the insertion of local talent in key productive sectors.

This initiative is complemented by an inclusive governance model, which integrates the active participation of actors from the public, private and academic sectors, promoting inter-institutional collaboration to align the needs of the labor market with the capabilities and competencies of the regional workforce.

In addition, the development of training and continuous improvement programs will be promoted through the identification of gaps in work skills, ensuring that workers have the necessary tools to face the challenges of a constantly changing work environment.
