Mobile application developed for the method "A day in the life of ...", Sanders and Stappers (2012) that allows preliminary surveys on daily activities for the study of users.
With this APP you can register interviewees, carry out interviews with these people and also, register the events that they have carried out during their daily life, associate emotions with each one of them by assigning emoticons or emojis and finally, the reasons that led to that person to choose those evaluations.
Additionally, it will allow you not only to record this interview in real time, but also the possibility of conducting frequency studies of the interviewee, allowing you to know their universe with respect to the activities of their daily life, emotions, etc. All the above information will be presented in summary form in data graphics, in which you can interact using search filters to facilitate the analysis of the data collected. Furthermore, these visualizations are accessible online.
The development of this APP is related in the research project Fondecyt Regular Nº1171037 "Investigation of a participatory and co-creation method for the design of products for the self-reliant older adult. Application in the Biobío region", and the collaboration between the project researchers and Elizabeth Sanders Nielsen, as the author of this methodological tool.
