The number of food equivalents is generated taking into account the Energy Expenditure at Rest, the Physical Activity Factor, Sex of the person, and the Ideal Weight in case of altered BMI. Our algorithm allows us to calculate the daily Total Energy Expenditure, as well as make caloric adjustments when required.

Additionally, this application has the option to perform Manual Calculations, with the possibility of entering Kcal / Kg / day and specific caloric restriction.
