This app was initially created for a one-tap time announcement feature. The original use case was for those lazy mornings when you’re half-awake and don’t want to fully wake up, but you still want to know the time. So, I thought it would be great to have a feature that allows you to simply tap a button to hear the time.

Over time, the app has evolved, adding a floating timer for countdown purposes, such as during online shopping, and bringing back the classic hourly chime feature from the Symbian era.

Please note that the one-tap time announcement feature requires the use of Accessibility Services to monitor button presses. This feature does not collect, upload, or store any of your personal data, such as passwords or account information. If you don’t need this feature, you can choose not to grant Accessibility Services permission. Granted permissions can be revoked at any time from your system settings.
