This a ticketing app used internally by BSNL officers .The Knock App is designed to facilitate seamless coordination between field units (e.g., BBMs, LCOs) and central teams such as ONE NOC, TXM, EB, and IT. Users can raise tickets for issues or requests and assign them to the appropriate teams. These teams, in turn, address and resolve the tickets, with resolutions communicated back to the initiator.
