CheckFirst allows users to create legally binding condition reports for items that are rented. Think of it like checking in to a flight, but for anything you rent.

We exist to allow users to provide a mutually agreed report between renter and owner, instilling digital trust for all parties, creating accountability and responsibility for all parties. Both sides then need to digitally sign the document before a report is shared. The onus ultimately lies with the renter to take a few minutes to create the report, if the owner has not created one. If that is not done in a certain timeframe, the report is automatically issued to say that the renter agrees with the condition.

CheckFirst allows an owner to create a report of their property and send it to the renter, or the renter can create the report and send it to the owner.

We use high quality image and video reports to record the condition, accompanied with a written process which is optional.
