How to Earn Points

If you are a customer of one of the Femac group stores, you are already a club member and for every R$1.00 spent you will earn 1 point.

Access the prize store with a password and login and complete your registration in My Data and earn another 500 points!

You can also earn points by referring a friend, you will earn 500 points when the referral makes their first purchase.

Another way to earn points is by completing our satisfaction survey.

Points redemption

To exchange Points in the Program for products or benefits, the participant must reach the minimum number of points required.
No changes will be permitted after requesting point redemption.

The participant must provide their CPF and present an identification document, bearing the voucher number that was generated when redeeming the prize.

If the participant wants to receive the product or benefit without attending the company, for security reasons, simply send their photo holding the printed voucher and photo ID for identification through one of our service channels.

The points used for redemption will be automatically debited in the system
The use of points/benefits must be made by prior appointment, according to the schedules defined and made available by the establishment.

Validity of Points

Accumulated points will be valid for 12 months after the date of the last purchase.

Take the opportunity to update your details and always monitor your balance, redeem the prizes we make available to participants in our loyalty program.
