How to Earn Points

Collecting points is very simple: for every R$1.00 in purchases, the registered painter will earn 1 point, 1.5 points, 2 points or 2.5 points.

Important: Points vary according to each brand. Talk to our team to find out which brands score the best.

Remember: For points to be computed correctly, it is important that the painter informs the store salesperson of their CPF at the time of purchase. If the painter is not present in person, ask the customer to provide the painter's CPF each time his customers buy products recommended by him or talk to your salesperson and inform him that the customer who is going to the store is his recommendation.

Points redemption

The participant must exchange their points for the desired prize, generating a voucher on the Império de Vantagens program website or app.

To receive their prize, the participant must go to an Império das Tintas or Casa do Pintor store and present an identification document, bearing the voucher number that was generated when redeeming the prize.

The points used for redemption will be automatically debited in the system.

Prizes will be delivered within 45 business days after redemption confirmation. No changes will be permitted after requesting point redemption.

Prizes will only be awarded if the participant does not have any outstanding debts with the company.

If the participant does not exchange their voucher in store within 45 days, the voucher will be automatically canceled and their points will return to their account balance.

If a prize is no longer available on the market, a similar product must replace it, with the participant's prior approval.

Validity of Points

Accumulated points will be valid for 24 months after the date of purchase.
