How to Earn Points

When you register you already earn 500 points, and for every R$1.00 in purchases you earn 1 point.

You can also earn more points by completing your registration, answering surveys, and inviting friends to join Pingo.

Earn 200 points by referring a friend through the app - You receive the points when the referral makes their first purchase at Mercado Das Tintas, after registering in the program.

Earn an additional 50 points by completing our satisfaction survey - Whenever it is available on the platform, you earn for each survey completed.

Points redemption

To exchange Points in the Program for products or discounts, you must reach the minimum number of points required. (No changes will be allowed after requesting point redemption).

The participant must provide their CPF and present an identification document, carrying the voucher number that was generated when redeeming the prize, at the store they usually buy from.

The points used for redemption will be automatically debited from your account.
The use of points/benefits must be made by prior appointment, according to the schedules defined and made available by the establishment. Some products may take up to 15 days to be delivered, depending on stock availability.

Each unit will register its customers and the points must only be used in the registered unit.

Validity of Points

Accumulated points will be valid for 12 months after purchase.

Take the opportunity to update your data and always monitor your balance. Choose your prizes available for redemption, and continue earning points with each purchase at Mercado Das Tintas stores.

The Partner who has outstanding amounts with the stores will need to settle the account, with amounts or vouchers, to then start earning points and exchanging them for prizes.
