Objective of the Program
To encourage consultants to make quality sales, where the sale is completed, paid for and has no returns. The program rewards performance with points that can be exchanged for prizes, bonuses or benefits.

Scoring Rules
1. Generation of Points
The consultant accumulates points on the net value of the sale (after discounts, not including shipping or fees).
The score is only counted after payment confirmation by the customer.
There can be no total or partial return of the products in the sale in question for the points to be validated.

2. Steps to Validate Points

Sale completed? Waiting for payment
Payment confirmed? Points are generated
Product delivered, no return? Points remain active and valid
Total or partial return? Points are canceled proportionally

3. Calculating Points
Standard formula:
Net sales value x Conversion factor = Points
> Example:
Sale of R$ 1,000.00
Conversion factor: 1 point for every R$ 10.00
Result: 100 points

4. Loss or Cancellation of Points
If a product is returned, in whole or in part, the points related to those items are refunded.
If the return occurs before the points are issued, they simply are not generated.

Important Restrictions
Sales pending payment do not generate points.
Payments with refunds or cancellations cancel the points.
Partial returns reduce the points proportionally to the amount returned.
Only products valid for the program participate in the points (excluding gifts, fees, services or products outside the regulations).

Redeeming PointsAccumulated points can be used for:
Exchange for prizes in the catalog.
