PT. Lumbung Dana Indonesia (Lumbung Dana) Is a Fintech P2P Lending which already has a registration mark from the OJK with No.S-1112 / NB.213 / 2018 dated December 21, 2018.This android application aims to be a monitoring tool for every loan managed by lenders and donor. This application cannot be used to make loan applications.

Lumbung Dana has 4 Products:
1) Employee loans
2) UMKM Loans
3) Invoice Financing (Bill Financing)
4) Supply Chain Financing (Supply Chain Financing)

Of the four products, the tenors we provide are 3, 6, 9 and 12 months. As for the interest / total cost that we provide to borrowers, it is 12% to 25.28% per year.

-Primary Installment per Month: IDR 2,666,667
-Interest per month: IDR 266,667
-Number of Installments per Month: Rp. 2,933,333

-The amount of the proportion: IDR 1,600,000
-Administration Fee: IDR 320,000
-Total costs - fees: IDR 1,920,000
-Maximum amount that can be withdrawn by borrowers: IDR 30,080,000
-Accumulated Interest: IDR 3,200,000

The access we request is Camera. Meanwhile, the personal data needed to make a loan cannot be done using this application. instead using the Lumbung Dana website (https://www.lumbungdana.co.id)

Agreements
Lender Agreement with Borrower
The provisions are listed in Article 18 point 4 which reads as follows:
Any data, information and documents submitted by the Loan Recipient as referred to in this Article are no longer used and / or deleted by the Provider and / or third parties after 1 (one) year after all the rights and obligations of the Borrower in the Provider's services have been fulfilled and Loan Recipients no longer use services on the Provider Platform.

Lender Agreement with the Operator
Article 17 point 4 which reads as follows:
Any data, information and documents submitted by the Loan Recipient as referred to in this Article are no longer used and / or deleted by the Operator and / or third parties after 1 (one) year after all rights and obligations of the Lender in the Provider's services have been fulfilled and Lenders no longer use the services on the Operator Platform

The above agreements must be signed using a digital signature via the Lumbung Dana website.
