About Bodyweight training:

Bodyweight training is majorly focused on building strong components of fitness such as strength, Mobility , agility , speed , endurance, stamina etc.

We will be focusing on these components through bodyweight training specifically Calisthenics, animal flow and movement We will use them to create resistance of your own body to build strength, increase flexibility, build muscle mass and burn fat.

Also, We will focus on understanding how fitness really works and bust all the myths we have been seeing around us .


No equipment or weights are used in calisthenics, and the exercises can be performed anywhere there is a floor and enough space to move in. The benefits of calisthenics effects are wide-reaching.

Remember, the Greek Era in which there were no gyms , no equipment or machines. The soldiers used to train with their own bodyweight and imagine the amount of strength they had.
