Becak Pintar (Once printed, the KTP/KIA is delivered) is an innovation in delivering e-KTP and KIA documents to the applicant's home via an expedition service. Payment for delivery services is made using the COD system which is paid by the applicant when the e-KTP and KIA have arrived at the applicant's address.
The application mechanism is as follows:
1. The applicant downloads the Smart Becak application on Playstore or via the application
website with the url address https://becakpintar.dispendukcapil.grobogan.go.id;
2. The applicant fills in the application data, selects the expedition service, after that
upload photo requirements;
3. Dispendukcapil officers verify the application and process it through
SIAK application;
4. After processing is complete, the Dispendukcapil officer will inform you
the expedition service to collect the e-KTP/KIA documents that have been printed;
5. The expedition service sends it to the applicant's address and collects it
old e-KTP or KIA;
6. The expedition service sends the old e-KTP and KIA to Dispendukcapil.
