Employees can record time with transparency and traceability. Managers and HR can see real-time data, reducing paperwork and errors from manual entry.

What it does:
• Record time in and out using GPS and take a selfie to prevent scanning.
• Record real-time time from the server (Server-truth time) and support offline situations with an automatic upload queue when online.
• Set work area boundaries (Geofencing) and receive alerts when outside the designated area.
• View shift schedules in advance and update them instantly.
• Submit multiple leave types (sick leave, vacation, personal leave, etc.) with attached documents.
• Approval workflow (Manager/HR/Director) with approval history.
• Request overtime (OT) and shift changes according to company policy.
• View personal work summaries, lateness/absence reports, work hours, and leave history.
• Managers can view real-time team reports and export them to a file.
• Important notifications (Notifications), such as approval requests, approval results, and attendance reminders.
• Support multiple branches/work locations. As defined by the company.
• User accounts are associated with subordinate employees and access rights are role-based.

Security and Privacy
• Location and photo data are used only for timekeeping and performance monitoring purposes.
• Communications and data storage are encrypted in accordance with company policy.
• Access is limited to authorized SHC employees only.

Eligible Users
• Only employees of Sin Huat Heng Chan (1993) Co., Ltd. and its affiliated entities can access the app.
• The general public is not allowed to use the app. The app is distributed unlisted to prevent confusion and maintain security.

Getting Started

Obtain a user account from HR.

Sign in with the company-provided email address/password or Single Sign-On (if available).

Allow location and camera permissions for timekeeping.

Check shifts and company-provided work rules before use.

Device Requirements
• Supported Android devices as specified by the company.
• Requires location services and camera permissions.
• Internet: Temporarily available offline. The system will sync when online.
