Smart Flow pre-advise app is designed to optimise pre-advising processes for bulk cargo trucks at Napier Port's bulk cargo terminal (Eastern Gate). Targeted at forestry and other bulk cargo customers, the app allows transport operators to pre-advise their estimated time of arrival (ETA) at the port and cargo unloading zone.

Pre-advise data collection is used to inform predictive truck traffic information on port and enable proactive traffic management functionality within the port's bulk cargo terminal. This will enhance the port user experience.
