The store owner can perform the below actions on the E-Commerce “Admin Dashboard” :
- Adding new drivers.
- Managing the existing drivers' personal, address, assigned locator zones, account and vehicle information.
- Exporting and deleting the existing drivers.
- Assigning orders to drivers.
- Adding a comment to the driver.
- Enabling/Disabling the “Proof of Delivery“.
- Enabling/Disabling the “Recipient's E-Signature“.
- Enabling/Disabling sending the “Proof of Delivery“ to customers through WhatsApp.

The delivery driver can perform the following actions on the “App”:
- Receiving a notification when an order is assigned to him.
- Viewing the “Pending, Processing Pickup, Processing Delivery, Refused by Customers and Delivered” orders.
- Viewing all the needed order details (Pickup Locations, Delivery Location, Total Amount, Payment Method, Unpaid Amount, Customer & Admin Note, Items to be Delivered).
- Calling recipient and getting direction to the “Pickup and Delivery Locations” on Google map.
- Adding notes to the store owner if the order is refused by customer.
- Changing the order delivery status once the order is Accepted, Picked from source, Delivered or Refused by customer that will be reflected on the order status and delivery status in the E-Commerce “Admin Dashboard”.
- A full shipment will be auto created in the E-Commerce Admin Dashboard (if it’s not created yet) once the driver picked the order from the source.
- A full invoice will be auto created in the E-Commerce Admin Dashboard (if it’s not created yet) once the driver delivered the order to the customer.
- Adding photographs as a “Proof of Delivery“.
- Asking the recipients for their E-Signatures on receiving the order.
- Retrieving his password.
- Editing his account information.
