How does Shy work?
Shy sets out a radius of 500 meters around you (maintaining adequate distance for your safety) and shows you other Shy users in the same location. Once you click on a user’s profile, you can take a look at their information, interests that you have in common, and what they’re looking for through the app. If interested, you can send them a connection request in real time. Once the user has accepted your request, you can begin chatting!
Our goal is to help you find like-minded people, whether that be for a romantic relationship, a friendship or even work. Helping a user build meaningful connections in places that they like to frequent and more importantly, feel safe at, is what we aim to achieve with Shy.
