? How does it work?

Open the app, log in, and choose your starting and ending point.

You'll see a suggested fare from the platform (based on distance and other factors).

You can adjust the price (up or down by up to $4,000 COP from the base price, depending on your preference).

Confirm the ride and select your preferred payment method.

A nearby driver accepts your request, and you'll see their photo, name, license plate, vehicle model, and real-time location.

When they arrive, they'll ask for a security code, which only you have, to start the ride.

And that's it! Start your trip with real-time GPS tracking.

All drivers are verified and active.

Each trip only starts if the driver enters your unique security code.

You can follow your trip live on the map and share it if you wish.

The Assistance button is available at all times if you need help.

Cash (you pay the driver directly).

Nequi (to the number shown in the app).

PayU and PSE (you pay Zutko online, with automatic confirmation).
