The interactive parent training medigital® ADHD/OPP is aimed at parents of children aged 4-11 years with a suspected or confirmed diagnosis of attention deficit hyperactivity disorder (ADHD) and/or a social behavior disorder with oppositional rule-breaking behavior (OPP). offers parents comprehensive support based on many years of experience from proven specialists.

medigital® ADHD/OPP includes numerous short, informative articles, practical instructions and a lot of support to help you better manage everyday family life with your child, reduce the child's problems in the family and thus optimally support the child's further development. The app can be used as a supplementary measure to other therapies or as a bridging measure while waiting for an appointment with a specialist or before/between therapy sessions, with the aim of further improving the quality of care.


A training plan is put together individually based on your own problems and personal needs. Parents are guided through the program step by step and actively supported in implementing the tips. The program also includes the following tools:

- Weekly plan: It helps to structure days better and to build in buffer times. Thanks to the analysis function, stressful activities can be identified more quickly so that they can be consciously changed and a balance can be created thanks to relaxing activities.
- Headlight model: Helps to focus specifically on everyday problems and to look at them from different sides.
- Points plan: With the points plan, new habits can be established in everyday family life. It motivates the child with rewards to stick to the family rules that have been established together.
- Rule plan: The rule plan helps to formulate realistic rules and appropriate requests and to set the appropriate positive and natural negative consequences.
- Positive diary: Thanks to the positive diary, you consciously focus on the beautiful experiences with your family. These beautiful memories can be captured with photos and entries.
- Behavior diary: The behavior diary makes it possible to look at specific problem behavior over a longer period of time. In this way, over time you can find out what helps best to solve the problems and what progress has already been made in the child's behavior.
- Schedule: This helps to prepare for difficult situations so that you don't lose your head in an emergency.
