تطبيق دائرة القضاء الذكي يحوي على حزمة من الخدمات والمعلومات العدلية والقضائية والتي تعد المرجع الأول للمتعامل لمتابعة طلباته الالكترونية وملفاته القضائية في دائرة القضاء – أبوظبي أبرز هذه الخدمات:

1. ملفات القضايا والتي توضح كافة تفاصيل الملفات وحالتها في المحاكم والنيابات والمواعيد المرتبطة بها مع إمكانية تقديم الطلبات عليها.
2. مراجعة وتحديث بيانات المتعامل لدى دائرة القضاء.
3. اشعار المتعامل بشأن ملفاته القضائية والطلبات المقدمة من حيث التحديثات الجديدة والإجراءات المطلوبة من قبل المتعامل.
4. خدمات الاستعلام من مثل الاستعلام عن حالة القضايا المدنية أو الجزائية، الاستعلام عن حالة الوثيقة، الاستفسار عن الملفات القضائية من قبل الموظف المختص بشكل مباشر.
5. متابعة الايداعات والمصروفات المالية الخاصة بملفاته.

تعمل دائرة القضاء – أبوظبي على تحديث وتطوير التطبيق بشكل مستمر وعليه نوصي جميع المتعاملين بضرورة تحديث التطبيق بشكل دوري للاستفادة التامة من التجربة. وفي حالة وجود أي ملاحظة يتوجب عليه التواصل مع دائرة القضاء والتبليغ عنه بالطرق المتاحة من خلال التطبيق.

ADJD Smart App include a range of judicial and legal services, as it is the first point of reference for the court user when following up on their electronic requests and cases files before the ADJD. Here are some of the APP Services:

1. Case files which allow users to find out the status of their cases before the courts and public prosecution offices, the requests submitted within these cases and the possibility of submitting new request, in addition to the upcoming appointments.
2. Review and update users’ personal data at the ADJD.
3. Notifiy users about the status of their cases files and electronic requests and the procedures required by their side.
4. Inquiry services, such as inquiring about the status of civil or criminal cases, inquiring about POA status, and inquiring about judicial files by the competent employee directly.
5. Allows users to follow up on deposits and disbursements made in connection with their cases.

The Abu Dhabi Judicial Department is continuously updating and upgrading the application. In case of any issue regarding the use of the application, the user should contact the Judicial Department to report the matter through the channels provided in the application.
