3. THE EXPERIMENT
In this experiment you will have to perform the Schiller test at the same time that the patient is undergoing the Pap smear, with the aim of identifying lesions on the cervix that may be in the process of neoplastic disease, helping to detect it early.
4. SECURITY
It is extremely important that the 5 moments of hand washing occur (before touching the patient, before carrying out a clean/aseptic procedure, after risk of exposure to bodily fluids, after touching the patient and after touching surfaces close to the patient) In this procedure, it is very important to observe the mandatory use of personal protective equipment (PPE), in accordance with the safety plan determined by local management. 5. SCENARIO
Nursing office for care and assessment of women's health. The office is the place where the nurse will perform patient assessment, guidance, the Pap smear and the Schiller test.
