Experiment Step by Step:
Use the centrifugal-flotation technique in zinc sulfate to enrich fecal samples.
Centrifuge the diluted sample and separate cysts and eggs by flocculation.
"Fish out" the flocculated material and deposit it on a slide for microscopic analysis.
