In order to boost the rural infrastructure to enhance the quality of life and for holistic development of the State, the State Government has been pleased to launch a new umbrella scheme called “Bikashita Gaon Bikashita Odisha” (ବିକଶିତ ଗାଁ ବିକଶିତ ଓଡ଼ିଶା).
