App used by the technical operators of the Ausino SpA company to manage reports of water network faults.
The app is accessible only by users authorized by the company Ausino SpA. It is not possible to register new users directly from the application.
The enabled user has the following features:
- Taking charge of a ticket
- Reassignment of a ticket
- Cancellation of a ticket
- Pausing a ticket
- Resume a paused ticket
- End of processing of a ticket
- Detail of a ticket
In particular, the user receives notification of a new ticket assigned to him.
With the acceptance operation, the application saves the date and time of the start of processing and the GPS coordinates of the location.
With the pause operation, ticket processing is suspended.
With the resume ticket operation it is possible to resume processing.
By canceling a ticket the operator can close the report without working on it as it does not require intervention from the technician.
With the ticket processing end operation, the application saves the date and time of completion of the processing and the GPS coordinates of the location.
By reassigning a ticket, the operator can assign the ticket to another operator in the same sector.
The ticket detail allows the operator to consult the information on the report.
