My Grievance Cell mobile application is an initiative by District Administration Baramulla that help the people to reach out to district control room in matter of few minutes. This app is a supplementary support to the grievance portal of LG where each officer tracks the grievances he or she has received. This app is a integrated dashboard for the officer or officers in-charge who can see the grievances are resolved in a time bound manner. This app enables the citizen to send the grievance by filling very short form of few rows. The officer has his own dashboard which enables him or her to check the volume of grievances.
