Basically it involves looking up the product from a inventory stock report by just scanning the product SKU or ID and allowing you to input the physical count or manual count on the shelf on go, then it compares stock-on-hand with the manual count to calculate the variance.

If you would like to do a quick stock count without using a look up inventory report you can do that as well.

You have on screen stock reports as well as you can EMAIL variance reports.
