There are several leaderboards in the game, try to enter one of them:

3) The best players by the number of victories in battles

Pets in the game allow you to increase the damage that your Brainrot does.
In total, you can equip 7 pets, turn off less powerful ones and include stronger pets in your arsenal - this way your Italian meme will become the strongest.
