This feature will allow our assessors to verify the condition of your vehicle remotely, without needing to be physically present. In addition, our ARI system will be upgraded to support live call center reporting. In situations where on-site assessment isn’t possible, you’ll be able to communicate with our team in real-time for faster resolution.
