Amount of Cashout computes an amortization schedule for a loan, including
payment number, remaining principal, monthly payment, principal payment,
interest payment, payment date and interest to date. This schedule is
based on the subsequent principal or balance and the expected sale price.
The result is the cash out amount which increases as the principal
decreases.
