VENAX ELETRODOMÉSTICOS LTDA is the only home appliance company in Rio Grande do Sul, founded on May 1, 1985 and currently has about 490 employees and more than 28,000 m² of built area in the Headquarters Unit in Venâncio Aires and pavilions in the Industrial District of the same city with about 9,000 m² of built area. It produces totally Brazilian products marketed in Brazil and to over 43 countries, operating in the domestic and foreign markets in segments including distributors, wholesalers, retailers, shopkeepers and commerce in general.

The company has a vertical production plant with full mastery of all materials, modern techniques, innovation and technology. The products are fully processed within the company, providing efficiency, diversification and versatility in the manufacture and assembly of products, integrating design, culture and the needs of each market. The production line is wide and diversified with emphasis on: Gas stoves, Wood stoves, Built-in stoves (cooktops), Built-in gas ovens, Electric ovens, Industrial stoves, Refrigerators, Freezers, Breweries, Wine coolers and Exhibitors of drinks.

Since its inception, Venax has focused its efforts on improving quality, aiming to grow and be recognized in the national and international markets, increasing its share in these markets. Through the Quality Management System, it has been cultivating, maintaining and improving its processes to guarantee excellence in the company's products and services and, consequently, to achieve customer satisfaction.

Always looking to work with technology and management, in 1998 Venax implemented the Quality Program for the first time, for this it was necessary to restructure the company, implementing work management and organization by teams.
