Where I work, we do daily scrums where each person must give their status in one minute or less. We also have poker planning sessions where each task must be assessed within three minutes or less.

This application will help you monitor those two events (This is also hoping that your scrums and poker planning are also limited to one and three minutes).

A little audible "Ding" is heard when the timer has expired. The timer will then continue to run in the negative values to show the team how much extra time you are taking.

Other features include a hide and pause timer in case someone goes off-topic. ;)
