1. Choose a blade and place it on the stage;
2. Turn on the microscope light;
3. Adjust the focus with the micrometric screw;
4. Adjust the light intensity;
5. To move to another field on the slide, use the Charriot buttons;
6. Rotate the revolver to switch to the highest magnification objective (40x).
