You are only allowed one trial at most. This means that in order to complete any level, you must shoot the ball into the bucket, in a single shot, not two or more.

Fortunately, each level you're having trouble with can be tried again until you beat it.

The game comes with different levels that progress in difficulty, so you will have to think outside the game to clear the levels, since obvious strategies won't always work; this means you can solve levels differently every time you attempt them.
