An important and time-consuming part of the valuation process is the recording & inspection of the object to be valued. By using the fluX recording App you can perform this process more efficiently. The data you record is immediately available for further elaboration of the valuation in the familiar fluX VMS environment.

Interactive map
The fluX Recording App immediately retrieves your location. Select the correct plot and the plot including the BAG data is immediately loaded into the valuation.

Appraisal & photos
With the fluX recording App you can immediately add photos to your valuation. It is therefore no longer necessary to upload the photos separately. You can also choose the main photo from the App for the front page of your valuation report.

Judgement
During your visit to the location of the object to be appraised, you can record a large number of properties via the App. This not only saves you a lot of time, but this data is immediately available in your valuation.
