If you are interested in a healthy lifestyle, you can scan the ingredients written on food labels to find out what food additives (E-numbers) they contain and information about these E-numbers. All with the help of your phone's camera, used as a scanner and label checker.

To use it simply press the Scanner button on the first page of the application and take a picture of the ingredient list on the desired food product, then press OK. The ingredient list should be written in English.

Warning: Do not take a picture of the barcode on the product label. Take a picture of the ingredients area on the food label. Frame all the ingredients in the picture and try to take a clear shot. This way, the application will find the E-numbers in the selected food product.

In order to differentiate, the "Foodie Scanner" application displays the food additives in 3 colors:

* Red - dangerous additive;
* Green - harmless E-Number;
* Yellow - Suspicious E-Number, there is not enough information, it may be dangerous.
