Thekedaar is free & user-friendly database management app where you can manage your past/present projects & employees. Easily track project progress, work progress made by staff/employees and their attendance & wages. Receipts & payments related to your projects can also be recorded in this app. Timely reports can also be generated in this app to summarise the work status, attendance and transactions made.

Thekedaar app is exclusively designed for contractors/constructors, civil engineers, factory owners and other small medium business operators. Now, an organization/individual can easily keep record of their projects with designated sub- contractors, employees and field workers. You can also enter receipts and payments related to your projects and staff, in some simple steps.

Thekedaar is present with a feature to digitally record employee/staff attendance, along with on-the spot image upload obligation to ensure transparency. Due wages are automatically calculated based on this daily attendance feature.

You can save your project in Thekedaar along with necessary details of the assignee. In this feature, you have to enter type and cost of project received and contact details of the provider, to avoid any confusion.

User have to enter receipts head and payments head before saving his receipts from the projects and payments made to his contractors & employees. This is done in order to categorize the transactions for accounting.

Thekedaar is available with web admin panel for the admin/user surveillance and to facilitate easy management of database on the computer. This web panel allows the admin to download data reports in form of excel files and ledger account for finances.

Thekedaar hereby eliminates the need of maintaining any directories, attendance files and ledger books. This all in one app designed and developed in India is hassle-free as it avoids the lengthy paperwork.

Admin can track brief summary of daily activity on the admin dashboard (Home screen) of the Thekedaar app. A user/admin can create login accounts of his contractors and employees which will be directly linked to that user account. A contractor and employee can track their payment received by the admin as well as update their work progress and attendance digitally through Thekedaar. For this, they just have to download Thekedaar app in their devices and login with the credentials provided by the admin. Therefore, Thekedaar app can be accessed by multiple users, designated by an admin for his projects.

Thekedaar app is totally free of cost and does not require any payment to access any of its features. It can keep your data 100% safe and secured with PIN to be set unique for every device and username & password to access data on any device.
