The Happy Ice mobile application is designed to help hockey players of different ages and levels develop their individual skills and maximize their potential. In addition to more than 100 exercises on the ice and on the ground, the app contains recommendations on nutrition, sleep, psychology and other aspects of hockey health. In the appendix you will find an explanation of all referee gestures, as well as tips on choosing the right hockey equipment. In the "goals" section, each player can set statistical goals for the season and monitor their achievement.
