Ground, roof or wall? In Blip's Turn it doesn't really matter. Turn and flip your device to change the direction of gravity and find new ways to traverse the level. Use Blip's Grabbaton Hook to swing your way over edges. Utilize the Grabbaton Boots to stay in place while turning your device to alter gravity. You can even fly with Blip's AntiGrav Grabbaton Boots to reach places that would otherwise be inaccessible.

Careful though, some gadgets use the very crystals your collecting. Use them wisely to have as many as possible left at the end of the level.
