Is no Ads + offline apps to help you create barcode, QR-Code or both from CSV, Xls or manual input the item asset one by one.

The output is save in Label PDF format which then can you send it to wireless printer, send it via wa/email or simple copy from smartphone into computer

The template, result label PDF and Backup asset items are all store in \KSoft folder

To upload your own asset list, you need two function for this :
1. Function Download Template Master Asset
2. Upload Template

Step by step to upload your own assets:
1. Tab circle asset button
2. Tab : (Setting) beside Add
3. Choose Download Template Master Asset
4. Choose one format and the template file location /KSoft/Temp/filename
5. Choose Share it via email or could copy manually from smartphone
6. Update the template and save the file back into /KSoft/Temp/
7. Choose Upload Template from : (Setting) & choose the file
8. Done

If the asset is not many or by any means can not copy the master asset template into computer to work with, you could just manually add items into the system

Step by step to add manual assets:
1. Tab circle asset button
2. Tab Add
3. Fill the Asset Code, Asset Name, UOM, etc
4. The mandatory only Asset Code and Asset Name
5. You could take picture using smartphone camera or from picture for each asset
6. Save
7. Repeat step-2 until all asset are key-in
8. Done

Add Asset Audit menu
1. Scan barcode/qr-code label of the asset
2. History of audit
3. Send/Share the audit
